Beginning Thursday, March 5 at 7pm, IDance will offer a beginner dancefit class taught by Chelsea. The first class will be free and then each class will cost $8 per person. Every Thursday, we will have a beginner dance fitness class. Get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. Come join the party! Let's get sweaty so make sure to bring your friends, water and a towel!!
